1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

2. Products and Pricing

Pricing Accuracy: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, features, and dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. We do not guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the product's color.

Limitation of Quantity: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Order Processing and Payment

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiry dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Delivery: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased by you and shipped by us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

We are committed to providing quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility Window
Merchandise: You may return eligible merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date for a refund.

2. Condition of Returns
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:
Digital products (e.g., e-books, downloads).
Gift cards.
Clearance or "Final Sale" items.
Items that have been personalized or custom-ordered.

3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact: Send an email to team@thestoriculture.co with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Authorization: Wait for our team to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Shipment: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
